- You should maintain a backup of all software and data stored on your devices. In the event that storage media ordered from us becomes faulty, fails or otherwise detrimentally affects software or data stored on it, except as required by law, we are not to be held liable for any loss or damage to the software or data, howsoever arising.
5. Refund and replacement
- We generally need 5 business days to process your refund and replacement application. After we approve, you need return the item to us. The refund and replacement usually take up to 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise and will notify you as soon as it is done.
