Weller Pottery Woodcraft
Apple Tree Vase

Selling an absolutely gorgeous example of Weller Ware's early 20th century art pottery. This piece is from Weller's "Woodcraft" line. Gorgeous, delicate detailing with warm, vibrant colors that look as good today as they would have during the late 1910's.

Much like Weller's "Coppertone" line, this particular variant in the Woodcraft line is becoming increasingly difficult to find. I've seen the prices on these 6.75" apple tree vases skyrocket within the last ~5 years and have had some real difficulty in finding them while searching the wild. I was fortunate to find this piece entirely intact and unscathed.

To reiterate, the condition of this vase is extraordinary. With that having been said, I'd ask you to parse through each photo in the listing. Two sets of eyes are always better than one. You'll not a small splotch of white paint on the lip of the vase; this is part of the piece and is not a crack or chip. The underside of the vase sports some beautiful (but entirely smooth) crazing. A product of this vase's considerable age. The exact dimensions for this piece can be found towards the bottom of this item description.

Due to the relative rarity of this piece, excessive packaging will be used in order to ensure its safe transit. Buyer will get a selection of tasty imported candies as a thank-you. A tracking number will be provided prior to shipment.
