The front plastic is not present and the UPS looks like the below without the front. It does not effect function. You turn the UPS on with the button to the left of the LCD panel - circular. It illuminates when the UPS has power.
The Networking cards are an older firmware that has a problem with the SSL certificates being too short. We flash the firmware to the latest so you will have less of a problem accessing the web interface, and then set the default web interface to use HTTP rather than HTTPS.
If you want to use HTTPS you will still need to add a security exception to your browser - I have taken photos of this process from what I did to get access (firefox). We also reset to the defaults (username and password both "admin") and the network settings to be acquired from a DHCP handshake.
The UPS has 2 segments, which can be controlled (powered on or off) via the web interface.
The runtime can be extended by adding on extra battery packs (96VDC).
These are second user units and will have signs of previous use. We will cosmetically refurbish the units and respray tops as necessary. We have good stock of these, and some of the units still have the film protectors that come on new devices. They are in generally good condition and will not need much work to bring back to A-Grade. For the photos we try to pick a unit that is below nominal QA levels so the customer experience of QA is positive. We specialise in refurbishing and reselling UPS hardware.

Under normal circumstances orders before 3PM are dispatched on the day of order. Large units / quantities may roll over to being dispatched the next day. Email if you need to be sure of when we can send an order. We try to meet all customer deadlines.
All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit. We can ship to the EU (transit time varies) and have experience packing and shipping to overseas destinations. The EU shipping costs are estimated only, please contact us for confirmation before ordering. We have experience sending these abroad, and normally ship the UPS in one box and the cellpacks in another. We have the packing materials to make sure that there are no problems in transit. Our warehouse is based in the UK. VAT is included in the buy it now price, and if you are VAT registered you will be able to reclaim this. VAT Invoices are sent automatically as a PDF file, via email, as part of our automated dispatch process. |
