All items are meticulously inspected and passed quality checks to be in working order. when describing the condition I am describing the media and the artwork inlays. If an item comes in a generic case I am not including the condition of this in the overall condition of the item.

You will see my feedback that I consistently accurately describe my item conditions and I package items thoroughly to ensure they arrive in the expected condition/

I aim to dispatch items the same or next working day however with work commitments this isn't always possible hence why I have the listing on a 2 days dispatch time to avoid disappointment.
