Cartinorm+D3 is a food supplement intended for the preservation of healthy cartilage and the relief of symptoms of already occurring arthrosis and the prevention of osteoporosis and the preservation of bones and muscles.

How to use: Adults 2 film-coated tablets a day during or after meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Continuous use for at least 3 months is recommended. During the use of the product, it is necessary to take in a sufficient amount of water (at least 2 liters of water per day). In case of difficulty in swallowing, the tablets can be broken or crushed before taking.
