Seems to be new, unused. Box has severe signs of wear and damage. Contents seem unharmed.  The powder package has sustained two pin holes from age, I believe. I have taped them, and it has not leaked any out it seems to be full still. Everything else is in good unused shape. Great for any collector to use!
