This is a 100% handmade, silver tone metal buckle with red coral stone and black enamel inlays, made by Johnson & Held, of Denver, Colorado, in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnish / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-7/8", fits up to a 2" wide belt and weighs about 3.6 oz.
