This is a hand crafted, silver tone metal buckle with black enamel inlay, made by B Bar, of Medford, Oregon, in the 1960s-70s. It is in used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnish / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It could use a good buff and polish. It measures approximately 3-7/8" x 2-7/8", fits up to a 1-7/8" wide belt and weighs about 3.2 oz.
