35mm colour negative with copyright. 

Copyright position. These negatives were acquired by me with "copyright" but I have no way of confirming whether the seller had the right to sell me the negatives  as such but have no reason to suspect this was not the case. They are sold as such and thus any copyright passes to the buyer of the items on this basis as far as I am concerned. Please note I will keep a digital copy of the images and reserve the right to add to my Flickr account and personal use.
