It is an ideal addition to a daily balanced diet. Allow to stand for a few minutes, stirring frequently until the consistency of gruel is reached. It may be consumed up to 2 or 3 times a day with the addition of milk, fruit, juice, yoghurt or honey, or may be sweetened or salted.
