This beautiful sterling silver pendant is made in Taxco, Mexico it is a beauty. The oval-shaped pendant features a stunning brown and gold Rutilated Quartz gemstone with a tiny bit of shiny silver stone (possibly pyrite) set in 925 silver. It is signed TL-41, Mexico, and 925. The bail is marked Ster. The 18-inch box chain has a spring ring closure and is marked Italy and 925.
The coating over the quartz is not completely smooth. There is a small rough area where I'm guessing the coating didn't reach. It definitely doesn't make the pendant any less stunning.
Good, pre-owned condition with some tarnish.
