Vtg 1960s The Chisholm Trail National Rally Sports Car Club Racing Dash Plaque

This is a vintage dash plaque plate for THE CHISHOLM TRAIL NATIONAL RALLY Sports Car Club of America race, believed to be from the 1960s.  The plaque plate is brass colored, although the photo makes it look like it has a black background.

Plate is approximately 2 inches in diameter.
