Cute conversation display piece!

This probably would have been in a furniture store for customers to decide on finish. Pieces of wood have a dowel running through them and slide back and forth, as well as rotate out. I will lightly clean/dust, but you may want to clean more after purchase. Some of the white paint has peeled of that piece.
