This is a silver tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made by Siskiyou Fine Pewter & Gifts, in the 1990s-2000s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.8 oz.
