Rare Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep Bronze Belt Buckle Vtg 1978 SL Knight ...a very cool and rare old Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep, Ram belt buckle. This is a heavier, solid bronze buckle, a special custom buckle in so much as, it has red gem mounts in the eyes, and the sides are very lightly engraved with a first and last name. I would guess the engraving could be buffed out and/or engraved over with a nice design. It is original artwork by Steven L. Knight and was made by Shallizar back in 1978. It is in pretty nice condition as shown in the photos it does have some patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 5.6 oz.
