This listing is for a lovely size 2X slinky stretch top from Briggs New York.  The top is black and has small rust orange color polka dots all over.  It has a rounded collar and 3/4 sleeves.  The top has about 4 inch bottom side slits and is in very good pre-owned condition with gentle wear.  

Made to be more fitted, nice by itself or as a layering piece.  The measurements are:

Bust is approximately 25"/50" with plenty of stretch for lots more room

Length is approximately 28"

90% nylon, 10% spandex

Machine wash.  Made in USA.
