Very Good condition, edge wear to spine and corners---see photos, bottom outside corner has light crinkle to final 100 pages--see photos, light creasing to bottom half of front cover near spine, pages are crisp and clean, interior is very clean with no writing or underlining or any markings whatsoever save for the author's signature.
