TOPEX 3/8'' cordless electric ratchet wrench is powered by 12-volt motor. It produces 300 RPM, with a variable-speed trigger for greater control. Forward and reverse switch makes for simple changing between tightening and loosening nuts. This electric ratchet is designed with LED light for various situations. Lithium-ion battery is detachable and can be recharged. This power ratchet wrench can be widely used in many situations like auto mechanics, pipeline disassembly, scaffolding installation, mechanic breakdown service and so on.

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared, but may delay during holidays and Weekends. Please check your delivery address and make sure they are correct before payment. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time. Please use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to eBay.

Orders are dispatched by Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. In general, specifying a carrier is not available. If you have any concern about your delivery, please contact the courier with provided tracking number. And of course, we would be happy to support you for delivery problems.

Returns must be notified to us within 30 days since the product were delivered. After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

To return your item(s), please CONTACT US first and we will send you return instructions. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item(s) may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
