• All postage costs quoted are for Mainland UK Only, This Excludes some Scottish Areas and Ireland, for these areas please call in advance for a quote. Any parts damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately so the problem can be rectified. We aim to dispatch our parts within 1 working days however during busy periods it may take longer which you will be informed about.

• Payments via Managed payments or cash on collection only. payments must be made within 2 working days of purchase.

General Information Warranties and Returns

We strive to supply all our parts in the best possible condition and all items are covered by a 90 Day Warranty For All Mechanical and Electrical Parts including Engines/Gearboxes alternators window regs etc etc and a 12 Month Warranty On all Non Mechanical and Non Electrical Parts unless otherwise stated, on occasion you may have cause to return a part for replacement or refund.

• If you have any issues then please feel free to contact us beforehand so that we may try and rectify your issue by emailing us though Ebay.
  
• We are always happy to check part numbers or condition of items prior to purchase. Orders are dispatched no later than 2 working days after payment is received, and UK delivery is usually via a 48 hour delivery service. We offer a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase subject to our conditions. It is the Buyers responsibility to return the item to us, in cases where the part is ordered in error or is no longer required, an administration and restocking fee of 20% may apply.
  
• If your part is either lost or damaged in transit we will replace it with an identical part, where a part is not available we will offer a full refund.
  
• Our engines Are sold as BARE Engines. But in many cases we will leave ancillaries connected to stop dirt/ particles making way into engine block/head causing damage. under NO Circumstances will we refund / replace any faulty ancillaries. We mark all our parts before dispatch and we will only issue a refund on receipt of a part in its original condition. Refunds will not be offered for parts that have been dismantled or tampered with.



Terms and Conditions of sale

• By buying from us you are agreeing to these terms. All parts we sell are marked; this is to avoid any misunderstanding. Before purchasing please make sure that the item fits your vehicle as parts correctly supplied are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Most parts sold from this establishment are Auto Salvage and sold as such, whilst we make every effort to give value for money, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect. Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 60 day warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs, ANCILLARIES, consumables, carriage and/or consequential losses.
• All parts must be fitted in a professional manner. Cam belt or timing failure is not covered. Old exchange units must be returned reasonably clean and drained of all fluids.
• All goods and exchange units must be returned at customers cost. No refund for carriage charge. All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to a 20% handling fee.
• Any mileage quoted on any parts cannot be guaranteed by us, the mileage quoted is what is showing on the clocks when the car arrives.
• Collection is available on all our parts during business hours, 8.30 - 17.00 weekdays.
