Comes with everything, except for the box. and by used I mean roomie took it out of box, "lost the box" , hooked it up and it hasn't moved in months.  Did have a mishap with some white paint and a little got on the plug but it doesn't interfere with anything. 

Paid $250 for it a few months ago.  Thought I would need it but forgot I was moving to a "city" and not still in the mountains.
