Vintage Dugan ? Green Opalescent Carnival Glass Ruffle Edge Bowl Candy Dish Crimped. This looks like it could be Dugan but I am not sure on name and age. I am not the original owner.

Excellent preowned condition except for one hairline crack on inside only. Did not go all the way through to underneath. On bottom of side near center edge. Hard to see. See photos.
