This is a solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, back in the 1970s-80s. The buckle is in new old stock condition, as shown in the photos it is still sealed in the original packaging. The buckle measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4.5 oz.
