This is an old ,nice full size violin measuring 23 n1/2  inches long, and the main body is 14 inches long. It is very solid in spite of two repaired cracks. One is about 5 and 1/2 inches long above the right ff hole, and the other is below the right ff hole and about 4n 1/2 inches long. The bottom middle seam might have been repaired too. Maybe 2 and 1/2 inches long. You might find it hard to detect these repairs on the photos because they are tight and solid. There is a label inside the violin (hand written) that says repaired by W. S. Hames , Louiville Ohio, 1913. As you can see, this violin was made with quality woods. It is slightly flamed on back and sides, and it has inlaid perfling all around.  If you cans see, the  fingerboard shows signs that this instrument has been played quite a bit due to the wear marks. The pictures tell the whole story. Payment is due within 48 hours after auction ends, and the sale is final. Sold as you see it, and BUYER PAYS FOR SHIPPING. This may vary. The case seems kind of small, but it is solid and good for transport.
