This is a Stamp collectible that is a first day issue commemorating the 50 States of the United States of America by Artmaster.

Inside the folder you will find the listing of the 13 original States and the effective dates of the Statehood of all the States.

There is a full sheet of the State Flags celebrating the US Bicentennial in 1976. The Stamps are first day issue with a cancellation date of February 28, 1976.

The folder and stamps are in good condition. The folder does have some discoloration from age and a slightly bent upper right hand corner. I did photograph this so see photos.
