I have a few terms for my sales .Apologies for being strict.

Please look at the images. They form part of the auction. Sometimes it is impossible to pick out every single scuff, scratch crack etc. I try to be as specific as possible in my description, but I’ve also taken many images of the item with a hope that the buyer will look through them before committing to purchase.

All of the images are of the actual item that you will receive. They may include where there isn’t a security risk, the serial number. This will also be checked and recorded before packaging the item. There are a small minority of buyers who think it’s OK to receive a working item, then swap and return a different faulty one in its place. eBay may rule in the buyers favour, but I will pursue a buyer that does this, through whatever legal channels that I need to, whatever the value of the item or the legal pursuance
