This HP 5315B Universal Frequency Counter is used, but in decent condition given it's age. It has signs of use.

Here it is shown with a test cable reading a 1KHz test tone from a Motorola Signal Generator (NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE). Nothing else shown, is part of this auction. It "appears" to be working/functioning with no problems.

Absolutely nothing else shown in the pictures is included. Just the HP 5315B Frequency Counter with the AC Line Cord. No test cables, or probes included.
