A rare, antique Spencer Edge "The Windmill" cup and saucer. This cup and saucer was designed by William Millett Spencer Edge, the son of the original partner of Edge, Malkin & Co pottery of Staffordshire. The saucer is just under 4.75 inches diameter and the cup is just over 2.25 inches tall. There is some light wear, and some crazing, a there is a very short darkened line on the back of the saucer.
