This vintage halter dress is a rare find for those who love streetwear and grunge fashion. It's from a boutique and very well made. The dress features a beautiful watercolor floral design with a blue sheer chiffon material that is perfect for any special occasion. It's beautifully lined  with a back zipper.  It's a petite size 7 and was made in the United States in the 1990s, an original vintage piece. Can't remember if it was from South Street in Philly or Georgetown in DC but it was a must have the moment I saw it. It's ready to keep going but unfortunately I am not so adopt this Lil' party dress today.
