Excellent condition, and yet again I am not sure that all of these items go together.  They appear to but I wasn't able to find this outfit for reference.  Skirt is tagged Madame Alexander kins and in great condition.  Blouse is not tagged - missing a snap on one side in the back , and a small stain near buttons in front.  Otherwise great condition as well.  Undergarments and shoes are without issue.  Please see pictures for best detail and check my other listings for more vintage doll items.
