Up for auction is a beautiful antique Art Deco 10k yellow gold-filled sweetheart expansion stretch bracelet.
It features a heart with a floral etched design with a rose gold flower.

inside diameter unstretched 4 1/4" (I have a 6" wrist and can put it on)
I'm not sure if it is a child's bracelet or it was someone's with a very small wrist.
