PENTAX AF280T TTL / AUTO / MANUAL FLASHGUN The PENTAX AF 280T flash is an excellent flash designed for the serious enthusiast and/or professional photographer who requires power, versatility, exposure accuracy, fast flash recycling times and excellent build quality and reliability. It offers a Guide Number of 28m (92 ft) at ISO 100, a TTL flash range of 0.25 ~ 20m, a fully adjustable bounce & swivel flash head (180° horizontal and 90° vertical; there is also a click-stop setting at -15° for close-up photography), TTL Auto Flash mode, 2 x Auto Flash modes, 2 x Manual Flash modes (High/Low). It uses 4 x 'AA' batteries (not included). The AF280T has a low trigger voltage of under 10V (7.8V say Pentax themselves) so is safe to use with Pentax digital cameras. AUTO FLASH MODES are compatible with ALL PENTAX 35mm/DIGITAL SLRs (The electronic sensor eye built into the front panel that measures light from the subject and controls flash output for correct exposure) MANUAL FLASH MODES (HIGH / LOW) are compatible with ALL PENTAX 35mm/DIGITAL SLRs TTL AUTO FLASH mode is compatible only with PENTAX 35mm/DIGITAL SLRs that offer onboard TTL flash metering (LX, Super A, SFX, SFXn, SF7, Z-1, Z-1p, Z-5, Z-10, Z-20, Z-50p, Z-70, MZ-S, MZ-5, MZ-5n, MZ-6, MZ-10, MZ-30, MZ-50, MZ-60, *ist (film), *ist D, *ist Ds) CONDITION OF FLASH Tested and in full working order!
