Navy blue mini - smaller sized (not a tiny mini but not full size either) top hat with a red band, red feathers and long natural coque feathers on the front, black feathers on the back, and with a navy cocarde with sparkly
jewel. The top hat is one-size-fits-all and will stay firmly in place with an elastic band to
tuck under your hair at the nape of the neck and a comb sewn on the
underside for added stability. It is worn perched atop the head and
tilted forward to one side. It is lightweight but durable and great for many events and occasions.
Hat worn only once but has been sitting in the closet for a few years. It could do with a good steam clean to stiffen up the hat, straighten the edges, and clean it of the little loose bits of feathers. The black-green coque feathers in the front are starting to fall apart and could do with replacing. The red feathers have no issues and the feathers in the back are in good condition.
