Completely rusted and dirty. But still really cool. I believe the only thing missing is the booklet. The tweezers and scissors could be resuscitated with some Cola and wheels. Obviously this isn't meant for use, just Collectible.

Tin is approx 8 x 5 x 3". Could be refurbished. The tin latches and handle are working as they should
