THIS LOT :-

A beautiful Antique brooch pin at least Victorian in age but possibly earlier Georgian period.

Set in White plated metal from the appearance as there is finish loss to edges showing the base metal through on the tips.  The white metal is framed with gilt edged detail around the centre stone and around the six pointed starbust, this I think, is not wear but intentional design.  The stones are beautiful, open backed not foiled and multi faceted.

Someone at some point has cleaned it with white cleaner and it would benefit from removal of this.  The stones are original to the piece, no major chips or damage just surface scratches and nibbles age relative.
