High Quality OE Spec' Idle Control Valve for Ford Escort Cosworth YBP/T25 Small Turbo Engine (1994-96) Brand New Unopened in Factory Sealed Packaging Contents; 1 x Idle Control Valve & Mounting Gasket OE high quality Ford/Hitachi have not made this part for years now, so OE equivalents are THE ONLY option nowadays, but work just as well as the originals. Failure of this part is often the cause of poor running issues on the small turbo version, from my experience and cleaning of the internal valve is not easy, once it has gotten all carbonised/sooted up inside. Soaking in petrol/brake cleaner can help as a short term fix, but replacement is the only real long term option. Always good to have a spare one of these handy in case needed and for diagnostics testing etc. ---------------- I post
