Bike Wear Direct is a local UK based company you can trust, having been in trade for over 20 years! Our sole focus has always been motorcycling garments, we aim to develop high quality well-priced options for all types of bikers.
Top-tip: We recommend browsing around a sellers other items before purchasing, are they focused on just bikers gear? Or are they here just to make a quick buck on anything that sells well, without caring much for the required standards for motorcycling? Bike Wear Direct aim to provide the best delivery service to our customers, and to do so as fast as possible.
Orders received before 8am will be dispatched the same day, otherwise we will dispatch the item the next working day. If you pay for 24 hour delivery service we aim to dispatch all orders same day upto 1pm, any orders after this time are dispatched the following working day.
If you have opted for express delivery this will be sent on a Yodel24 or City Link 24 hour delivery service. If you have not got your item within 7 days please check with your local depot as if may have missed the delivery, if it isn’t there you can contact us and we will be happy to track the parcel for you.
Some items may be sent by First class post, which takes around 1-2 working days, if it takes longer than expected to be delivered we are sorry for this however as it isn’t a guaranteed service there is little we can do in the event of this. On the rare occasion a parcel may go missing we will require you to fill out a form to declare you haven’t received the item for our insurance purposes then we will send a free of charge replacement.
International delivery
The guidelines for Europe are 3 working days and for the rest of the world 5 working days, however on occasions this may take longer.
These are signed for tracked services. You can upgrade to these services for smaller items at an additional cost.

It is very easy if you wish to return your goods for a refund using the 30 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that all items are returned by the customer to us in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. With a cover note quoting your order number, full name and address. Please note P&P costs are non-refundable.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange:
Unfortunatley delicate items such as helmets can not be refunded or exchanged. ALSO ANY PRODUCTS WHICH SMELL OF FOOD, SMOKING OR HAVE CLEARLY BEEN WORN AND NOT RESALE-ABLE TO OUR STANDARDS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
Damaged Item/s:
In the unlikely event that you find damage/s to your purchase, we must be informed within 7 days via the eBay messaging service.
We will require photo/s of any damaged item. If your item/s arrive damaged, it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange your item/s, this is done at our expense.
Please note all goods are inspected on arrival we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items we feel my have be misused or damaged by the consumer and are therefore not a manfacturing error.
