Return Policies
- We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are still not satisfied with the item which we delivered you then please let us know before leaving any feedback and allow us to work with you to completely resolve any issues that you might be facing.

- Buyer can return the item for a FULL REFUND (excluding return shipping cost), within 30 days of item(s) receipt date.
- If the item is found used, washed, damaged, altered then it would be claimed as a false return. Please note the same.
- All returns must reach us within 14 days after the item was delivered to you.
- The item must be in the original condition and with the original tags attached.
- We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3 business days of delivery of merchandise back to us.
- Return Shipping Cost is to be paid by the buyer.
- Again Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Import/custom duties are solely buyer's responsibility, hence it won't be considered under returns.

- Weight and size of the items may still vary slightly from piece to piece due to differences in calibration of weighing and measuring scales.
- Please do not apply any highly effective chemical to clean the article. Prefer dry Cleaning only.
- In case of rhodium plated items (All the non-white/colored item), rhodium lasts on the item for few days (depending upon usage & care). Many factors such as sweating, contact of water, dew in weather or application of any other chemical, external scratching onto items are responsible behind rhodium starts coming off. We would request all the buyers to take note of this particularly.
