Please do not purchase an item listed as collection only expecting delivery without contacting us first.

Any purchases made after 12pm noon won’t be dispatched until the following day.Please note our couriers do not deliver weekends therefore purchases on Friday after 12pm won’t be dispatched until Monday.

Purchases of large items such as engines , gearboxes , seats ect. Will be dispatched the following day if the purchase is made before 5pm. Any purchases made on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Before purchasing any items please ensure it is the correct part and will fit your vehicle as we will not take any responsibility for this if incorrect and no returns will be accepted. We can advise but we highly recommend consulting your mechanic if your unsure for a definite answer.

If you receive an item and it wasn’t as described let us know within the returns period and we will give you a full refund.we can not refund if you tell us “it was damaged in transit” after the return period .We do not cover labour costs.Any damaged packaging or boxing must be pictured before it’s opened as no refunds will be given on item that have been opened and claim to be damaged in transit. All of our parts are marked before sending out. If a part comes back to us in a different state to what it went out or the markings have gone the refund will be void. Any refunds will be issued after we have checked the part is working and ensured all markings are still present. If you are collecting please have a good look over your item before leaving to ensure you are happy with it as refunds will not be given in these cases unless stated otherwise.
