This is a 1935-1936 Tropic-Aire car heater and accessory catalog featuring their fan equipped, hot water motor vehicle heater and other accessories.

You will see expected wear and handling for it's age as shown in the photos with some staining, creasing, edge and corner wear and some writing on the front cover. 

It measures 8 1/2" x 10 1/2".
