CONOCO Refinery Belt Buckle Ponca City 1 Yr Safety Vtg 1982 Anacortes ...a super cool old employee one year safety award belt buckle from the Ponca City, Conoco Refinery. This is a solid brass buckle with a black background, made by Anacortes Brass Works back in 1982. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4 oz.
