Measurements are taken on the reverse of the garment, laid flat. For upperwear the length is from the nape of the neck to the bottom of the hem, pit to pit should not be confused with chest size as the garment is designed to have space, get in touch for more info.

Dates may refer to the age of a garment or the style, it is a judgement based on our experience of many years working with vintage.
