You are looking at a Star Wars Clone Wars P1 Clone Commander Fox Target Exclusive. The case does have scratches. One is a red scratch. This is on the case and not the box of the figure. The case is taped closed, which is how I purchased it. There is also a dent in the top right of the bubble on the case.

The figure is brand new and unopened. Any noticeable defect will be shown/mentioned. If you need any additional pictures, feel free to ask.
