• Grade 1: This is in a new unused condition - untested presumed working
• Grade 2: This is in a used condition tested to be fully functional
• Grade 3: This is in a used condition item has been power on tested only
• Grade 4: This is in a used condition item has not been tested - full functionality not guaranteed
• Grade 5: This is in a used condition, for spares or repairs

Warranty Policy

Our products are listed accurately with descriptions and pictures that are representative of the item's condition and functionality. All Used items purchased come with no warranty and are sold as described and pictured in the listing. Please read the listing carefully and examine all pictures. We do not accept returns or replacement requests for Used products.

The customer will be liable for the return postage of any change-of-mind returns.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Service for mainland UK addresses: DPD Next Day (Tracked) with 1 business day dispatch. Please allow 1 business day from payment for your order to be received and dispatched.

Delivery Service for offshore UK and EU addresses: DPD Next Day (Tracked) to the eBay Global Shipping Centre after 1 business day dispatch and then the delivery is fulfilled by the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Delivery may take 2 to 5 days and customers should contact eBay regarding delivery once the item has been posted to their shipping centre.

• Order Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1 business day of payment as per our estimated dispatch times. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve this on over 98% of orders.
• Delivery Address: All items will be delivered to the buyers confimed eBay/PayPal postal address, without exception. Requests to change delivery address after purchasing may or may not be adhered to due to the non standard nature of the request.
• Collections: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please give a minimum of 3 hours notice by eBay messaging or telephone if you wish to collect. Delivery within the UK is free so no discounts will be given to customers opt to collect.

Returns Policy

14 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you have changed your mind after purchasing, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of sale The buyer is responsible for the return of the item to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the original cost of postage when issuing a refund.
