ST X coilovers

The ST X coilovers The infinitely variable thread adjustment allows moderate to extreme lowering. Based on the know-how of KW, the market leader for individual suspension solutions, the ST X coilovers impress with their quality and driving dynamics.

The ST To do this, the ST polyamide threaded spring ring is turned up or down when installed. The adjustment range is different for each vehicle, for example on the Audi A3 it is between 35 and 65 mm on the front and rear axles. For a vehicle that is already relatively low in series production, such as the BMW 3 Series (E9x), individual lowering in the range of 30 to 60 mm at the front and 25 to 55 mm at the rear can be achieved with the ST On vehicles with non-wheel-guiding double wishbone rear axles, the lowering is adjusted via the ST X coilover suspension rear axle height adjustment.

A damper tuning for more driving pleasure

The damper setup used by ST Suspensions in collaboration with KW focuses on sporty tuning. This reduces the typical rolling and swaying movements of the body during compression. A vehicle equipped with an ST coilover suspension responds more directly to all driving maneuvers and is significantly more agile when driving. For example, during braking maneuvers, the nose of the vehicle dips less and the handling characteristics improve. The high-quality workmanship of the ST X coilovers includes a low-friction and pressure-resistant housing as well as a chrome-plated piston rod. The monoblock guide and seal package, which protects the twin-tube damper from the ingress of dirt particles, also ensures long-lasting driving pleasure.
