It is a heavier, silver tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made in the U.S.A., by Great American Products in 1993. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 4-1/4" x 1-3/4", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 5.4 oz.
