33 empty cardboard rolls from toilet tissue paper are perfect for that crafting and DIY project.  These rolls are of standard size.  Some rolls are just a little bit shorter than others.  Seems not all toilet tissue companies use the exact same size as other companies do.  Clean and read to be used in many different crafting ways.  Making wreaths, photo frames, organizers and so much more.
