Beautiful antique steel engraving from the 1812. This print depicts a female great grey shrike (Lanius excubitor).

It has very fine lines and beautiful detail. There is a caption and a plate number above the picture. 

The paper is thick and very high quality. The print measures approximately 5.75 x 9.625 inches on the outside. The print has light fox marks from age (see photos). You can feel the edge of the plate impression on the paper. See scan for condition.
