This is a cool old Stanley Yankee #46 Spiral Push Drill Screw Driver which works like it should PLUS it comes with 7 fluted bits to include-

5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64

Photos show the condition accurately. In my opinion it works smoothly and better than many of the same drills that I find that are gunked up with oil and grease. A couple drops of AGS Dripless Oil was added to this tool to make it function perfectly.
