Rare original antique print from an 1870s illustrated journal. It depicts the 6-man crew of the Intercollegiate Rowing Regatta held by the Rowing Association of American Colleges. Harvard came in third and Yale fifth. THe men's names are in script below their pictures. 

The Rowing Association of American College (1870 to 1894) was the first collegiate athletic organization in the United States. It was replaced by the  Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA).

The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 11 x 15 inches (28 x 38 cm). The picture fills most of it, measuring about 9 x 13 inches, with a caption below it.

The page is in excellent condition for its age.
