I am selling this full service of 'Pennine' oven to tableware by Wedgewood. They are in excellent condition apart from one 10 1/4 inch diameter dinner plate which has a small chip in it. (see photo)
Wedgewood do not make this set anymore and is now quite collectable.
The whole set consists of 1) 6 x 10 1/4'' Dinner Plates, 2) 6 x 8 3/4'' Salad Plates, 3) 6 x 6 1/4'' Tea Plates, 4) 6 x 8 3/4'' Soup Plates, 5) 1 x 3 pt Oval Casserole Dish, 6) 1x 2 pt Round Casserole Dish, 7) 1 x 12 3/4'' Oval Platter, 8) 1x Salt Pot, 9) 1 x Pepper pot, 10) 1 x Gray Boat and Saucer, 11) 1 x Mustard/Mint/Jam Pot with Lid, 12) 2 x 10'' Oval Platters, 13) 6 x Cups and Saucers.
As a way of a price check, if you go on to the UK firm 'China Matches' internet site you will see the price of each individual item. The items that I have for sale would amount to £588.00 if you bought all this from them.
I originally was selling these for £500 elsewhere but I have now reduced them from £500.00 to £400.00. If you need to replace the chipped dinner plate then 'China Matches' sell them for £18.00 each.
This would make a great wedding present or even just a replacement for your old, worn set. If you wish to look before purchase then I am willing to arrange a viewing for you. I do not wish to sell any item separately. The price is for the whole set only.
